Ixkio understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. Ixkio ("Our Mobile App") will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.

Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Mobile App regardless whether you have an active Ixkio Subscription or not. Any identifiers used are temporary and are used solely for the purposes of securing your use of the Ixkio platform and Our Mobile App for the duration of your use of Our Mobile App.

We will only store or transfer any personal data provided to us for the purpose of setting up or administering your use of Our Mobile App in association with your Ixkio Subscription.
